Vision for the HCP Concierge
HCP Concierge is a Marketing Logistics Organization that is (R)evolutionizing the pharmaceutical industry’s approach to physician engagement. HCP Concierge was formed to provide Health Care Professionals (HCPs) with a better option to access pharmaceutical information and resources available from pharmaceutical companies while providing much needed efficiency to the process for pharmaceutical companies.
The vision for the Company is born out of extensive research conducted with thousands of HCPs to determine what pharmaceutical resources they utilize, which resources they value most, and how they prefer to access them. The result is a new approach – no sales pitch, no “push”, but instead a professional Service Specialist, who like the Concierge at a hotel, is there to serve.
Think of us as doing what the various on-demand services have done for television viewing. We want to provide a broad array of resources and put targeted HCP customers in control of the experience.
